SPEDSM-122449 | IEP, Transfer of Educational Rights | Updated the IEP cover page to display the Transfer of Educational Rights checkboxes for students aged 17 and older. When a new IEP is created, and if the previous IEP had YES checked, the statement and yes/no checkbox are read-only in the new IEP. Otherwise, the user will be required to select yes or no. When the IEP is amended and the original IEP did not report a Yes value, the label and Yes/No will appear on the amendment cover page for the user to address. The label and checkbox will be suppressed if Yes was the response to a previous IEP. |
