Final Eligibility Determination Report

Made the following changes to the Final Eligibility Determination Report document:

• Updated the Final Eligibility Determination document to allow the creation of the document where the most recent referral reason is ‘Part C to Part B,’ which will check the “Initial Evaluation’ checkbox.

• Updated the document. When the referral reason is reevaluation, consent must be granted or did not respond to allow the user to create the Final Eligibility Determination document, whereas for the rest of the referral reasons, consent must granted to allow the user to create the Final Eligibility Determination document.

SPEDSM-113074

REV Standard and Advanced Report Updates

Made the following changes to the REV Detail Standard and Advanced Report:

• Updated the report to include the option Eliminate Duplicate Profiles When Merging Tenants for State/Regional Modules to prevent any duplicate data when running a consolidated report.

• Exclusion Type column logic has been updated to display the correct data.

• Resolved an issue where the total count of students between standard and advanced was incorrect.

SPEDSM-118214

StaffPositions keyword table

Added new position named ‘School 504 Coordinator’ with InUse as Yes for Part B in the StaffPositions keyword table and updated the InUse as Yes for Part B for School Special Education POC (58) and Pre-K Special Education POC.

SPEDSM-116333

Part B Medicaid Parental Consent Report

Updated the report selection criteria to include the data only for the students with an IEP flag. Added a new column named Parental Consent to the report that displays the value as Yes or No based on the Medicaid Consent from the Medicaid profile.

SPEDSM-118671

Subclass III UAT Finding

Resolved an issue where the Projected Eligibility Due Date field was using outdated logic, causing it to display data from different referral records for the same student profile.
