SPEDSM-127191	IEP	Made the following changes to the IEP document for Initial IEP Meetings only: On the Document Delivery section, the field labels have been updated to Parent Initial Response and Parent Initial Response Date and the values will flow from the most recent Referral record - Initial Provision of Services date. The two fields only appear for Initial IEPs. Removed the ability to add more than one record in the Document Delivery section. Upon finalizing the IEP document, when Consent Granted - The IEP can be finalized and will be set to Active and data flows to the profile as is. No Consent Selected - The IEP cannot be finalized. Message: The IEP cannot be finalized as there is no consent to initial provision of services response value in the referral profile. Consent Denied - The IEP can be finalized but will not be set as an Active IEP document. No IEP data will flow to the student profiles. Message: The IEP was finalized, however, the IEP is not set as active (no data flowed to the student’s profile) as the consent for Initial Provision of Services was indicated as Consent Denied on the referral profile. Did Not Respond - The IEP can be finalized but will not be set as an Active IEP document. No IEP data will flow to the student profiles. Message: The IEP was finalized, however, the IEP is not set as active (no data flowed to the student’s profile) as the consent for Initial Provision of Services was indicated as Did Not Respond on the referral profile. These changes apply to new IEPs created after the release.
SPEDSM-128912	Summary of Performance	When the user finalizes the Summary of Performance document, the date flows to the Special Education Information profile, Summary of Performance Date field.
SPEDSM-132823	Evaluation Summary Report	Made the following changes to the Evaluation Summary Report document. When a user creates an Evaluation Summary document, the system will automatically create a linked Final Eligibility document only if one does not already exist for that school year. A Final Eligibility document cannot be finalized until its linked Evaluation Summary document is finalized. Message shown: “The Final Eligibility document cannot be finalized as the associated Evaluation Summary document must be finalized first.” If an Evaluation Summary document is not linked to a Final Eligibility document, the user can finalize it without restrictions. Also, upon finalization of the Final Eligibility document for a student who is found eligib
