IEP

The IEP creation process has been changed. The IEP will no longer require the student to be eligible for special education. When the user attempts to set the IEP to Review or Final status, it will then require the student be eligible for special education as indicated on the Special Education profile and not be exited from Special Education (SE exit date) as indicated on the Special Education profile.

REV Advanced Report

  • Resolved an issue where the total count of students between standard and advanced was incorrect.

  • Updated the report to include the option Eliminate Duplicate Profiles When Merging Tenants for State/Regional Modules to prevent any duplicate data when running a consolidated report.

SPEDSM-132660

Caseload automation for CFSA staff

Added an update script named “CFSA Security Group Assigned to Caseload”. This script automatically inserts the staff’s name into the Caseload profile when the staff has the CFSA security group assigned and the student has the IS the child linked with CFSA option checked. The checkbox “Manually Added” is set to No as the staff was added via the script. The script will NOT remove names from the student’s Caseload profile.

SPEDSM-133594

Referral Profile - Discontinuation of Referral Constraint

The existing constraint that required the user to select the Eligibility Outcome of Referral Discontinued when entering a Referral Discontinuation Date was removed. The user will now be permitted to save the record without an Eligibility Outcome value if there is a Referral Discontinuation date. A message will be displayed to the user “A Part B Referral Discontinue Date value has been entered. The Eligibility Outcome field is not selected.
