Referrals Part B Profile Constraints

Added the following validations to the referral profile to ensure that appropriate data is entered:

  • Consent Received Date and Consent Granted must be selected in order to enter an Eligibility Date.

  • Please select an Eligibility Outcome value as there is an Eligibility Date entered.

  • The Eligibility Date is not valid if the Eligibility Outcome is Discontinuation of Referral.

  • The selected Eligibility Outcome value is Discontinuation of Referral. Please enter the Part B Referral Discontinuation Date. A Part B Referral Discontinue Date value has been entered. The only valid value for the Eligibility Outcome is Discontinuation of Referral.

Analysis of Existing Data (AED)

Resolved an issue in the document where services from all previous IEPs were appearing on the AED for a Reevaluation student. The AED was updated to only pull the IEP Services from the most recent IEP when the referral reason is 'Reevaluation - Parent/LEA Request’ from the IEP Services Part B profile.

SPEDSM-119870

Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP)

Resolved an issue where the text box was not displayed when the user selected no for the question, “Is the BIP effective in meeting the needs of the student?”. When the release is deployed, if a user has already created a non-finalized BIP document and answered Yes to the question, the text will no longer be visible. The user should confirm the proper yes/no response and applicable text prior to finalizing the draft documents.

SPEDSM-119959

Referrals Part B Profile

Removed the redundant referral constraint that was clearing the data in the special education profile for eligibility outcome and most recent eligibility date.
