SPEDSM-126008	ORP Provider Attestation	Staff Profile - the Provider NPI field is now visible for Part B. Globals - made the following changes: Added a new editable checkbox called Medicaid Billing LEA at the bottom of the main page under the Settings area. One Time Script will be run to check this box for a specific listing of LEAs provided by OSSE. From now on, the checkbox will be manually maintained within each LEA. ORP Attestation by Provider - This functionality is applicable and visible only when the Globals 'Medicaid Billing LEA' checkbox is selected; otherwise, it remains hidden. Added a new field named ORP Attestation by Provider under Most Recent Session Date in IEP Services Part B Profile. The field displays only when the service type is set to Related Services (includes ESY-related services). Once the service provider checks the box and saves, the checkbox is made read-only. Added "ORP Attestation" column in Service Provider History grid, showing date/time when the checkbox ORP Attestation is checked; cleared if provider changes. When a staff is added to a related service on an IEP, Service Plan, or Comparable Service Plan(Services and ESY sections of the documents) or IEP Services Part B profile, a message will be sent to the assigned provider upon finalization of these documents. Added a new ORP Attestation report in the Medicaid Part B Reports folder. The report includes the student's name, LEA, school name, start/end dates, specialty, provider, provider NPI, provider signature, and date signed.
