LEA Entry/Exit Profile - Daily Script

Added a scheduled script named "Automated Student Transfer LEA Exit Date" that runs daily which will insert the day before the Last Transfer Date value which is located on the Demographics Part B profile, and updates the LEA Exit Date value with the exit reason as ‘Automated Record Close’ when the Transfer Status is “SENT” and the most recent LEA Entry/Exit has a blank exit date and the LEA Entry/Exit Start Date is less than the Last Transfer Date.
If the LEA Entry/Exit record has a start date that is dated after the transfer date and has a blank exit date, no update to the exit date will be made.

The Date Sent field on the parent/guardian version of the document is now optional when the “Student Holds Educational Rights” on the Demographics Part B profile is checked.

Added a constraint which will not permit the user in creating an amendment for a non-active IEP document.

Resolved an issue where the Parent/Guardian were not displayed in the Meeting Participants area of the document when “Student Holds Education Rights” on the Demographics Part B profile is not checked.
