IEP - ESY Goals

Corrected an issue where the ESY goals were appearing as duplicated on the ESY section of the IEP.

SPEDSM-121570

Child Outcome Summary (COS)

Made the following updates to the Child Outcome Summary profile and document:

• Relabeled the profile field ‘Has there been progress’ to ‘Has there been progress ?' to match the document.

• The Yes/No checkboxes are now editable in the profile.

• Added Yes/No checkboxes labeled 'Has progress been made?' under questions 1b, 2b, and 3b, and made required when Exit is checked at the top of the document.

  • Data flows to the profile for these fields upon finalizing the document.

• Added Yes/No Validation on COS Document to enforce specific Yes/No response rules based on Entry and Exit Rating combinations.

  • Certain combinations require a "Yes" response (per the defined requirements).

  • Example: If Entry Rating = 7 and Exit Rating = 7, "Yes" is required.

  • If the user selects "No" for a required combination, then a message “The Entry and Exit Rating must be a Yes response. Please correct.” is displayed.

  • Users may choose "Yes" or "No" for all other rating combinations.

SPEDSM-121571

APR Preschool Outcomes Standard Report

Added three new columns, “Has there been progress?” to the report.

The values in the three columns will report A-E.

SPEDSM-122609

IEP, Least Restrictive Environment section.

Resolved an issue where 'Hours/Minutes in a School Day' was incorrectly derived from the most recent LEA Entry/Exit record, rather than from the record whose date range includes the meeting date.

The logic has been corrected to use the appropriate LEA Entry/Exit profile based on the meeting date.

Update Scripts - Correction

Updated two scripts (Part B Update Staff Security Groups By Position and Part B Update Staff Tenant Sec Groups By Position), correcting a typo in the security group called 'Related Services Supervisors - Part B'. The security group does not have an “s” in Services or Supervisor.
