IEP Services Part B Profile, ORP Attestation

Made the following updates to support ORP Attestation for Special Education – Speech/Language Only services:

IEP Services Part B Profile

• The ORP Attestation message will be sent to the assigned service provider for Special Education – Speech/Language Only services.

• The ORP Attestation checkbox will now display for Special Education – Speech/Language Only services.

• Only the assigned provider can check the ORP box, and the system will record and display Yes / date/time in the Provider Assignment History section.

• Assignment Date Field Validation

  • When a new service provider is selected in the profile, the system clears the existing Assignment Date field. The user will enter a new assignment date.

  • The user must enter a new Assignment Date that is greater than the most recent assignment date as a new provider assignment requires a new, later Assignment Date.

ORP Attestation Report

• The report is updated to display the details for Special Education – Speech/Language Only.

• Added a new column labeled “Service Type” (positioned after Staff First Name and before Specialty) showing the IEP Service Part B service type (e.g., Special Education, Related Service).

PA History Profile

• Added the IEP Service Type, Services, and related flag fields to PA History profile to assist in the identification of the source document associated to each service.

Corrected an issue where when the user attempted to finalize the Initial IEP, the user was prompted to complete the parent response information. The parent response information is no longer editable in the Document Delivery section.
