Resolved an issue where services from the latest IEP were not flowing to the student profile.

Student Contacts Profile

Added two new read-only fields to the bottom of the Student Contacts Profile, details below:

• User Created: Displays the name and timestamp of the user who created the record. If the record is created by a system process (SQL, script, integration), it will display: SERVICE (System Service).

• Manually Created: Displays Yes if the record was manually created by a user; otherwise, No. Existing records will show NA.

Staff Positions

Updated the following documents to restore hard-coded staff positions that were removed in ticket spedsm-122377, which had caused compliance issues:

• IEP Cover Page:
  Restored three hard-coded roles: Special Ed Teacher, General Ed Teacher, and Evaluator/Individual.

  • For Special Education and General Education teacher rows, selected staff must have matching roles via the Lookup.

  • Evaluator/Individual row allows any staff without role restriction.

• IEP Amendment Page:
  Restored the previously removed Special Ed Teacher hard-coded role.

• Final Eligibility Report:
  Restored hard-coded positions similar to the IEP Cover Page.

• Evaluation Summary Report:
  Students with only existing assessments (no new formal assessments) had no staff listed, causing errors when finalizing the document.
