Staff Profile

The Staff Profile is the record for each employee in the district who interacts with the system, including teachers, therapists, administrators, and paraprofessionals.

It contains identity, role, credential, and assignment information that drives both system permissions and state reporting.

What is the purpose of the Staff Profile?

Acts as the single source of truth for each staff member’s details within the ERP.
Controls user access rights and role-based permissions.
Links the staff member to students, classes, and services in the ERP.
Supplies required data for state submissions.

When the page loads, all mandatory fields in this section are marked with a pink background.

Also, when the form is submitted and these fields are not filled, an error message, “Please check the form below. One or more entries were not valid.” is displayed.

While capturing a Staff Profile, the following fields are collected.
